Apart from the ability and commitment to providing a very high standard of care, our Registered Nurse Coordinators listen to you before tailoring and overseeing your personalised care program. Additionally, while we aim to match the skills of support workers to your needs, we understand the importance of matching personality. Help at Home employs more than 95 dedicated support workers – of whom many have been with the organisation for over 10 years. Our employees are covered by Workcover, Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance and are paid Award wages. Help at Home is a not-for-profit organisation, which enables us to focus on the provision of the very best care possible for our clients.

Help at Home is an approved provider on the Provider Panel for Disability SA and it has essential Service Excellence Certification, which is a nationally recognised accreditation.
